NCLA Review - The author, an ordained clergywoman, does not write just about her own physical and emotional experience with miscarriage but seeks to console other women who have had pregnancies that ended too soon. This book is a map to a better understanding of miscarriage divided into three parts: The Journey through Miscarriage, which has an outstanding chapter on the medical basics of miscarriage; The Journey with God; and The Journey Forward. Each chapter ends with reflective questions and an exercise. At the end she includes a wide variety of resources and how to get help. If your library does not have a book on this subject, this would be an excellent one to add to your collection. Rating: 4 —AMB
