I received an eARC in exchange for my honest review.

There better be a sequel… It can’t end like that. I want more! I want to know more. The only werewolf stories I read are from Wattpad so I took a huge chance in reading this story and I am not disappointed. Predator takes us on a whole different level of werewolves. Not only that, it involves scientific data that had me reeled in—as soon as the story started, it gives the reader a scientific fill that is fascinating to read. I am not one to like many scientific-related things but with Predator it was so easy to understand and like-able enough to want to keep reading, to want to know more about this type of werewolves. Plus, this story got us into the Benandanti, which is an actual belief that I didn’t even know existed and learned a lot from reading the book.
Fans of werewolf stories will get a different fill, a different and unique story with Predator and they won’t be disappointed.

I received a digital copy of this book from Chapter by Chapter for its tour in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. All are my opinion and not compensated by any individual, organization, or company.

Holy creeps! This book is a real scary pain in the ass.

The book started when Bree and her father’s team is checking out a bog body. The way Bashman described it, it is so creepy.

Predator is a suspenseful and very unique take on werewolf stories as it uses the combination of myth and science. Every setting is written perfectly with the intention to keep the readers both horrified and amazed at the same time. I read the acknowledgement part of the book; I saw that there are professional individuals who help Bashman in the technicalities of Predator.

No wonder, reading it feels like so real. It feels like everything is possible. I really like it when an author tries to extend the potential of the story by throwing in specifics and lots of genuine and legitimate inputs. It spices up the dominion of the story.

I really like the characters, too. They are very committed to their roles. I love the faint blend of romance between Bree and Liam. It’s very nice.

The only circumstance that holding me back for giving full marks is that I want to see an early busy-kicking-some-hairy-asses action coming from Bree. I am also left hanging and I do not know if there’s a second book to this. I am helpless. Very helpless. I want more!

I recommend it to readers who love action-packed novels and to those readers who are looking for a different kind of werewolf story.

Sixteen-year-old Bree Sunderland expected a quiet vacation in Ireland, where she and her scientist father plan to study bog corpses. But a young Irish man steals her heart—-and more. Werewolves, genetic therapy, and a mercenary lycanthropic army—-what’s not to like?
