Nanette Joey Beech

I received a signed print copy of this book from the author through a giveaway she recently had on GoodReads.com and the following is my honest opinion.

The world of personal finance is one which is fraught with things which can be quite bewildering, especially, I hate saying this, where women are concerned; which is why I feel this is the kind of book ALL mothers should be giving their daughters. Mothers know from their own personal experiences how the world of personal finance is so often prejudiced against women for even the most mundane of areas, like the higher costs involved with dry-cleaning their clothes or even the supplies needed to shave their legs [like razor blades].

I loved the engaging and informative manner in which the author, Nanette Joey Beech, relates her personal journey through the at times the bewildering maze of the financial world. Ms. Beech in writing her book cuts to the chase by providing her readers with only the essential, pertinent financial information every woman needs to manage her finances; without any of the usual gobbledygook which tends to confuse readers more than helping them.

Ms. Beech, having been both a daughter and then a mother uses that knowledge coupled with her own years of work experiences in the financial world to instill on her readers what I’ve mentioned in the above in hopes it can prevent any costly faux pas which might occur, and in the end would give them an undeniable sense of Fiscal Fitness.

In wanting all women to achieve this sense of Fiscal Fitness, I’m happy to give Ms. Beech 5 STARS for her wonderful book.… (meer)
