The book is relatively humorous, I suppose. It advises the reader about things like the art of tearing down goal posts, heckling, stealing mascots, streaking, and much more. There are occasionally funny jokes, but for the most part the humor is a bit...errr, pedestrian. Maybe I'm not 'psycho' enough, I'm a fan of football but not much else. Maybe I wasn't a right fit for the book, but I just didn't find it very funny.
It reminds me of the derivative jokes cracked by the meatheaded hosts on shows like Sports Center. Dull, boring, not remotely clever, totally lacking in wit, a touch moronic, and sometimes a little offensive. If you find those guys funny, then give this book a try...I guess...you won't see me recommending it though.
It's probably good for non-reading sports-loving spouses, however, assuming they have the intellectual maturity of a teenage boy.
