Each letter addresses those topics along with others such as an athlete's WHY. It's not about making the money or being the best, It's about trust, leadership and pushing through when you want to give up. This should be read not only by those who wish to pursue a life of sports, but leaders. There are many insightful ideas that leaders can learn from these letters. Definitely one at the top of my list.
