Becky Bradshaw

This is the first book I've read by this author after having vounteered to read a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I have mixed feelings about this book. There were parts and aspects of the book I enjoyed, I liked the multple perspectives and how she changed back and forth amongst the main characters telling their side of the story as it was unfolding. However, sometimes the writing seemed disconnected from the story line with unneccessary filler narratives that disrupted my reading flow. I was also having a hard time engaging with a couple of the characters, the way they were written left a bad taste in my mouth for them, which might have added to my critical lense as I was reading.
