Over de Auteur
Editor Charles Brooks is past president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists and for thirty-six years was cartoonist for the Birmingham (Ala.) News before retiring last year. Congressman Jack Kemp (Rep., N.Y.), often the subject of cartoons, offers a perceptive foreword, noting: "No one has ever seen a cartoon poking fun at Mikhail Gorbachev in Pravda or Krokodil, and that fact speaks volumes...." toon minder
