Raymond L. Burke

Hope for the World is a very well-thought out interview book between American Cardinal Burke and a French author, Guillaume d'Alançon. The book covers Burke's life growing up in Wisconsin, as well as his views on current issues in the church, both liturgical and administrative (i.e. what is the role of a bishop). It makes for interesting reading and he comes out as a very articulate advocate for his views. Unfortunately, rather like last year's God or Nothing by Cardinal Sarah, I think that only those who already agree with him will read it, which is a shame, because he says a lot about the Church worth think about and pondering over.
