This is a book about Anna wanting to feed the birds in the rain. this is one of my favorites and is just a good book to read aloud. It would be useful at the end of the day to calm children down before going home.

Two mothers and their children meet at the park. Their girls want to see the fish, but their younger, infant siblings almost makes their outing come to a close. Then an idea pops up, they throw some of their snack in the water, bringing up some fish. Then they plan for tomorrow, and go home. (Book Review)
