The first half of the book has practical advice and is worth reading. The second half is bogged down with the author talking about how awesome her life is and her clients lives are and how we should model our lives like that. Not really sure who edited this book, but it should have been much shorter.

Being published in 2006, I can see how this was interesting back then. Now, there's an abundance of people doing 30 day challenges all over the web. Didn't learn anything new from this.

Holistic approach to clutter (physical and mental). Short, manageable sections in simple, attractive formatting.

Short book. Tough read.

This book isn't very long but I had a hard time reading it. There are lots of quotes, lots of blank lines to write notes on (pointless in a Kindle book), and no real continuity to any thoughts. Exercises are suggested but I don't really understand why I should do them or what results I should expect. For a book about simplicity, I found it quite busy.
