Ch'ang Ming means 'long life' andis a time-tested approach to diet and nutrition developed by Taoists and practised by them for thousands of years.

The Ch'ang Ming diet aims to create the conditions in which each individual can achieve his or her own balance of individual physical needs, weaknesses and strengths, and how to adjust to them in a natural way.

Chapters on the philosophical background to Ch'ang Ming, special sections on diets for children, elderly people and pregnant mothers, and information on traditional Chinese diagnosis, symptoms and herbal therapy make this a practical and comprehensive guide to achieving good health and long life.

This book turned up on a dusty shelf of a forgotten bookstore and changed my life. I was dieting and still very young. With calory counting techniques I was unhealthy and weak. Then I tried techniques taught by the (unfortunate for the world) late master Chee Soo to help purify the person on all levels. Twenty years later I still recommend this manuscript to anyone who thinks they know something about themselves.
