This book is great! It's turned yoga from this vague thing that's good for me into a very practical and fun set of moves and meditations. It also explains the history of the moves, which is honestly more than I've ever gotten from a yoga class. After reading this book I feel more like I understand why and how the poses benefit me.

It's organized by location/activity, with chapters covering things like your morning wakeup, yoga for work, for the car or plane, waiting in line, and even for dealing with children or annoying coworkers. The moves are simple and brief, as they need to be for these circumstances, with easy to understand directions and many illustrations.

Happy-Go-Yoga has made it incredibly easy for me to incorporate yoga into my daily activities. [I received this book free from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.]
