This meal plan is hilariously bad - did no one edit this? As I flipped through the book, I noticed that some days listed slight variations on the exact same meal for breakfast and dinner, many days were advising daily calorie counts around 700! (You would certainly lose weight that way - but you might also pass out). One day a listed meal was 1/4 of a head of cauliflower! The fat and protein daily intake did not seem consistent for vegetarian keto from what I have read elsewhere - the carbs worked, but the fat and protein were WAY too low. I would give this book a miss.… (meer)
