For those of us who, in various degrees, struggle with Meniere´s in one form or another, this is an uplifting book, straight-forward and with some hope. The author, a long-term sufferer, gives good advice of remedies and methods available, what he finds works and doesn´t work. The book is written by a sufferer and not a medical professional, but it is well-researched and without a lot of the mumbo-jumbo one expects to find in some of these self-help books, particularily concerning alternative medicine in general, and homeopathy in particular. The author seems to have both feet on the ground. Still, he does describe both supplements and acupuncture as possible treatments. I am a bit surprised he doesn´t discuss medicine prescribed by many doctors, like betahistine. The book is short and easily read in one sitting. If you suffer from Meniere symptoms, get it.… (meer)
