So many of us have been through what the characters in this book are going through whether it's the battle to lose weight, or trying to get your life back together after your marriage falls apart or some other emotional battle that you can't seem to pull yourself out of. It took me some time to get interested in it, but the more I read the more I wanted to get to the end to see how the story played out for these women. Through the characters, the author shows how you too can achieve an exciting, fulfilling life. Although it's fiction, it is also a helpful guide to a better you. It's a guide on how to empower yourself through the examples of these women.
