There are 30 bold designs in this wonderful book and all the designs are printed on one side of the book so that there is no color bleed through. Each design incorporates a positive message such as 'Keep Going' and Take Care' and others. Most design areas are big enough so that you can get very creative and add some Zen-tangle making this extremely fun and satisfying.
