2022. Drugs, punks, queers, transgender, non-binary, partiers, kinksters. In a New York only slightly more fucked up then our own, people are being deported for being queer, poor, black or brown, or radical. The non-binary narrator is obsessed with finding X, who topped them so well during a spontaneous one night stand at a party in a warehouse in Brooklyn. A tour of some Village bars ensues including a boot-licking encounter in a bathroom stall at the Stonewall. A very kinky, druggy book about traumatized people in a fucked up world. But those people are closer to my real life friends than I usually ever see in fiction and that was a relief.… (meer)
