In this book, Kim DeYoung introduces her methodology, Choice Map. It's really a collection of maps--one for different choices you've made or want to make. She provides stories and examples to illustrate how to create your own maps.
One of my favorite parts of this book is right at the beginning, asking the reader what our five biggest decisions in life are. The answers to these questions are great fodder for building maps--as tools to learn, practice gratitude, and help you answer questions about your future.
Many self-help and personal development books don't offer a tool that you can do at home. THE BOOK OF CHOICE is not this kind of book. I would consider it a reference book, one that you keep on your shelf to help you understand your life and the direction you want it to go in.… (meer)
