This is a very unique and entertaining story.  I enjoyed it.  The author did a great job of storytelling and bringing something new to the reader.


I liked it because it was so different.  Most adult contemporary romance stories are about bikers, rock stars, billionaire businessmen, Doms, fighters, Masters, virgin first loves or love triangles.  I found it refreshing to read a love story involving a porn star.  It was outside the norm for me.  I did have some "no no no don't" moments cause I was jealous on the other's behalf, but it was definitely worth the money to buy it & the time it took to read it.



It revealed a lot about the porn industry that I had never taken the time to even contemplate, and it did have somewhat of a message within.



Also it was hot.

I liked that throughout the entire book, Ronnie was in love with Jagger and trusted him to look after her. Yes, she had her moments of doubt, especially when it came to pulling off the job, but who wouldn't?

Ronnie had been in love with Jagger since she was nine years old. That kind of love is hard to find and even harder to keep. The book was so well written that it had me rooting for Jagger and Ronnie, the whole time I read it.

I like that Jagger tried to protect Ronnie, both from himself, and from the situations and people they found themselves involved in.

This book sort of reminds me of the TV show Burn Notice, and I loved Burn Notice from the very beginning, just like I loved this book from the beginning.

Both Ronnie and Jagger had their share of ups and downs and lots of problems, but I'm glad that after they reunited, they stayed together and worked through those problems, together.… (meer)

In middle school my parents would talk about my creepy uncle Frank and how he should look for a job instead of watching "those movies" all day. When I moved to California that changed.

After surprising my fiancé at home and catching him screwing another woman, I hopped in my car and started driving. I was running away from my old life and I needed a change. I remembered my friend Tawny inviting me to visit her in Los Angeles, so that's where I went.

I didn’t find Tawny when I got there, but I did find her gorgeous roommate, Jared. Our friendship started out rough, but he gave me a place to stay and helped me get back on my feet. He became my best friend. My best friend who millions of women happened to lust over.

Jared plays by a different set of rules, where anything goes. His lifestyle is unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed before and it scares me. When you live your life on the edge, eventually you'll fall over. I didn't want to see that happen to him.

At night he’s just Jared, my Jared, and I’ll deny it to anyone who asks, but I’m completely in love with him. During the day he’s Brandon Boner, and the world is in love with him.
