(Story of Parson Frakes & the =Henderson Settlement. With nothing but courage & determination, Frakes took education, evangelism & civilization to an area that had known much moonshining & senseless bloodshed. He built the Settlement from a one-room schoolhouse to its present 22 buildings & over 75 acres of land. During his 41 years he witnessed miracle after miracle.
