I liked the story, although it all seemed a little too cliche for me. I guess I am reading too many books, because they are all starting to run together and sound the same.

Kara had a crush on her BFB (any Victoria Justice fans out there?)"best friend's brother" when she was in high school. Wade doesn't see her as anything other than a little sister, until one day he doesn't. Then of course they "date" for a bit and Kara thinks she needs to play hard to get even though Wade is seeing it as she isn't as into him as he is her. So they of course break up, and Kara being the teenager that she is goes a little wild and ends up acting out majorly because she thinks making Wade jealous will get him back.

Now keep in mind that none of this actually "happens" in the story, we get it all in small bits and pieces. The story takes place years later when everyone is all grown up and getting on with their lives. Kara left town when she was younger and never looked back, so when she shows up everyone has something to say about it.

After time, everyone of course has something to say; and then oh there is your HEA!

Just Want Somebody to Love is a cute story about making assumptions without facts. A one night stand leads to all types of chaos. After being stood up by the one guy she thought was something special Whitney is out for blood. Justin had every intention of showing up but unexpected issues prevented him from doing so. He's willing to do whatever it takes for a second chance with Whitney. When Justin shows up again apologetic and seeking another chance Whitney thinks a little payback is in order. Who will come out the victor in this grudge match? I received an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review. Keri Ford has written an charming story laced with personality clashes and misunderstandings that is entertaining to experience.

As White As Sand is a new updated take of the fairy tale of Snow White. Sophia White is the owner of 50% of the cosmetic company her mom & dad founded. Beatrice is Sophia's wicked stepmother & is ruling the company with an iron fist. Beatrice wants Sophia's shares & will do anything to get them.

Keri Ford has given us a remake of a fairy tale. Her descriptive characters invoke your emotions. I had total sympathy for Sophia & was happy she found a way to prevail. My dislike for Beatrice & her manuevering was off the charts. The plot moved very quickly but I didn't have a problem with it since they did have a history. I wish the question of Sophia's dads death would have been answered but overall loved the novella. Keri did an excellent job with this story within the constraints of a novella.

A truly enjoyable read. Very steamy romance with a nice storyline to go along with it. I recommend this one for a quick read.

Wild for Mr. Wrong- Fun, sexy, quick read. She's a prosecutor, he's a defense attorney. Opposites when it comes to the law but perfect for each other. Great quick read.

Between Then and Now - A wonderful story of two people reconnecting and saving their marriage. Tough times have made the couple really talk and discover untold truths.

A very enjoyable read that I thought was great! I really enjoyed the relationship between Whitney and Justin. Watching it change from a hookup to a relationship with depth was amazing. The trials Whitney put Justin through and the determination to get through them were fun to read. Their witty banter was hilarious and kept the story moving along. This is one I definitely recommend.

another friends-to-lovers story. I enjoyed it, though the end did seem rather abrupt.

Through the Wall is a funny and erotic story. I enjoy his reluctance at jumping into anything with her and the fact that he wants her to really think about it. It's a modern twist that the pursuer is the female this time. The story was well written and an enjoyable read. My only real critique it that the story feels like it should be longer, almost like it needs a few more pages to really tie it all together.
Great Read

Author Keri Ford has penned a marvellous short story of two characters that are totally right for each other and who should have given a relationship between them a try in the past. I really liked Shellie pushing Riley’s buttons, and getting him to loosen up so he’d have a constant reminder of what their friendship was like in the past – wild and sometimes carefree. However, Riley denying the chemistry between them, was exasperating at times until he confessed his reasons behind his indifference towards Shellie.

This is a delightful romance not to be missed. It is part of a series, but can be read as a stand alone. The sex scenes as well as the dialogue and plot were great. Especially when Riley finally realised that it is possible for him to settle down, even after everything that’s happened in the past, because he’s found the right woman in Shellie.

This a cute read. The voice is refreshing and witty. Loved how the heroine tries to take the bull by the horns and the hero is taken back by it all.

Can't wait to read the rest of her series.

I absolutely fell in love with this book.

From the start you can’t help but fall in love with Nicolette. She is amazing! Armed with a simple “to-do” list she plans to make this a week to remember.

Drew comes into town to help his cousin and prove to his father is ready to run the family business.

Then that little thing called Fate happens. Watching her dance in the bar, Drew is held captive and can’t look away. What starts out as a simple, “Yeah, I’ll keep my eye on her.” Turns out to be the very thing that is his undoing.

A wonderful story full of simple adventures, laughter, heartbreak, and love. You won’t want to put this book down.

Favorite Quote: “What?”
He swallowed. “I like your natural look.”
“Well that’s good, ‘cause bet I look as natural as a drowned rat right about now.”
“A sexy rat.”

First of all I want to give this book some cover love. Honestly, this is just a beautiful cover. Even though we are told to not judge a book by its cover, in this case . . it’s ok! The story that is found following that beautiful cover is just as beautiful.

Jessie has been to hell and back through her life, and now all she wants is to be left alone. Her dreams aren’t big. Jessie wants to rebuild the house that was her mom’s; she wants to tend to the land that was her dads. None of which will harm anyone, that is unless you try to come between her those dreams. Her friends and family all know when to give her space and do so accordingly. Yet, when she comes face to face with a piece of her past suddenly her space is getting a little cramped.

Quinn did her dirty and he knows it. Without telling of his wrong doings he takes Henry out there to meet her anyway. Henry has a plan, a plan to give his grandfather a gift of a lifetime. To do it, he is going to need the help of Jessie.

Can Jessie get past the dirty deeds of Quinn to help Henry out?

This has to be my favorite book so far by Keri Ford. It was so well written. Packed with emotion, drama, and having the right amount of romance. This read is very well balanced. Jessie is such a strong woman, and one that stands up for what she believe is right. Henry is a good ole boy; sometimes it’s almost too much. By the end of the book you will find yourself turning the pages with fingers crossed. Hoping that these two can figure out what we already see. Together they are unstoppable.

Review by: Stephanie O

I have a confession: The book blurb had me at Arkansas. I can’t explain it, but reading a book that mentions places and things you personally have knowledge about, just brings a new kind of light to the story.

I started this book last night, and sadly had to put it down because my eyes were being RUDE! For whatever reason I guess it was time to get some sleep, even though my mind wanted the story to continue! When I picked the book back up this morning, I found myself wanting to reach in and give Stephanie a hug. Then other times I wanted to reach in and smack Parker upside the head . . . which I quickly found I was changing my mind about doing, because he had good reasons to be behaving as he was.

It’s a story that tackles the do we or don’t we situation. Going from friends to more is a slippery slope that only few survive.

Packed with so much emotion, this book will have you shaking before it’s over with.

Shellie Chambers goes to see her long-time friend from high school Riley Hamilton to get away from her mother. What she didn't expect were the feelings she got once she saw Riley again. She decides she is going to go for it and try to have a fling with him but his past is makes it almost impossible. Shellie realizes he has changed and not sure if she likes the change she sees in him and is destined to get the spark back into his eyes. Can Riley deny her what she wants when in the past he never did before?

From the start I was captivated by this book, it is a short lovely read. Two best friends in high school who moved away from each other but still remained in contact and once they see each other again realize the attraction they both have with each other. I know this story line has been written thousands of time before, but I really enjoyed how the author didn't write the same as other books I have read which can become a bit mundane. I like how the author explained their relationship and how sometimes things were meant to be at the right time. The inner struggles Riley was having and blaming himself for the error which changed him drastically. I love a tortured hero and Keri Ford writes him very well. My favorite part, which ties in with the title, is when he finally can't hold his temptations anymore and gives into Shellie and puts her on the fence and then carries her to the four wheeler. Let's just say I will be looking at a four wheeler a very different way from now on.

Even though it was a short read, I didn't feel cheated out of a story line or felt like something was missing. After I finished this read I realized it is actually the second book in the Uninhibited in Apple Trail, Arkasas series and immediately went and bought the other three books.
