Virginia Walden Ford

Virginia Walden Ford is a mother, grandmother, author, and school choice pioneer. An Arkansas native, she founded D.C. Parents for School Choice in 1998. In this role, Virginia inspired thousands of parents to fight for their children's education, leading to the successful enactment of a toon meer groundbreaking private school choice program for low-income students. Virginia serves on the boards of directors of EdChoice, Arkansas Connections Academy (ARCA), and Grace Christian Academy in Little Rock. She is a member of the advisory committee for the Association of American Educators (AAE), and she is a visiting fellow at The Heritage Foundation. toon minder
