I found this an extremely difficult book to read. The first part of the book looked at what emotional intelligence is, and as well as discussing how we can use emotions more effectively it also gave us lots of facts showing how companies that employ people with higher EQ produce better results.

The second part went into a lot of detail about how we can manage our emotions for better results. Sadly, i felt the writing to be very long-winded and repetitive.
