Obviously, the publisher thought they needed a book of vegetarian recipes for grilling. I doubt that the editor they chose for this project is either vegetarian or experienced at grilling. There are several recipes for grilling vegetables. The recipes that actually include any protein mostly depend on tofu. Most of the others involve frying on the grill in large amounts of oil. Frankly, that sounds dangerous to me.

I'm really glad I borrowed this from the library and didn't waste money on it.… (meer)
