With the publication of this compilation, which was presented at a conference of "political scientists, journalists, consultants, and lawyers" in 2001, it clearly appears that experts in political messaging had congealed into a glorified pimple, which was popped in the Naqba of November 2016. Because none of this expertise helped. Within a few decades, the world's most educated, wealthy, productive and equipped Republic was privatized, sold off to offshore billionaires, and captured by the world's richest tyrant, Vladimir Putin.
