Luther Guin

This a wonderfully conceived tale of a young man in the 1920s who is abducted aboard a UFO long before anyone knew about or believed in aliens. The story follows his interactions with "Aunt Mary" up through the 1960s with lots of clever challenges for the main characters. The author's descriptions of the southern life during the Depression Era is excellent and contributes to the believability of the plot. By the end of the book, you're rooting for him as the climax solves two of history's great mysteries.
