Bronislaw Huberman, a little Jewish boy from Poland, plays the violin with such virtuosity that a nobleman gifts him a Stradivarius which he uses to bedazzle Johannes Brahms. During the rise of Nazism Huberman managed to rescue 7 Jewish musicians. He brought them with their families to Palestine and founded the national orchestra. While giving a concert his Stradivarius was stolen. Five decades later, the instrument is uncovered and superstar Joshua Bell of the Israeli Philharmonic purchases it before returning to play a Brahms concerto in Huberman’s hometown.
