There is no nutritonal information and you should be able to substitute for your healtiehr dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, and low sugar products.
Did notice some recipes call for a tbsp-I assume a tablespoon and other times in the same recipe tbs. And tsp is teaspoon.
Not sure why the confusing measurments.
Although most of the recipes are written for American measurements there are some recipes that have metric and American. I don't really know what a piece of egg is or if it's either part of the egg and how much, teaspoon size?
Piece is also used for some spices as well.
No nutritional information and very confusing measruements.

Each recipe includes a title and brief summary of the dish, Prep time, servings and list of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, etc.
Directions are included and tells you how long to freeze it for and how to prepare along with a color photo.
There is no nutritional information.
English phrases making it a bit difficult with some recipes to understand what they mean by the measurement.
Not really impressed because there is so much jarred and canned products used rather than fresh.

Excellent homemade bread. Cookbook: 25 simple recipes for baking in your oven by David Hill
We usually use our bread machine but like to do it fresh also. This book includes many recipes that start out with a summary of the bread, prep time, servings, and list of ingredients.Directions follow along with a nice color photo of the finished product.
Can't wait to try the carrot sweet bread and probably substitute for eggs using liquid ones or just egg whites and cooking oil I'll probably use canola oil to keep the bread healthy for us to eat.
There is NO nutritional information but you should be able to substitute for your dietary needs.
