This book is about three young people who are Nephilim and raised by a priest. If the Gregori were to find them, they would want them captured or killed. I’ll not tell any more about the story, because almost anything I write, could be a spoiler.

I liked this book well enough. It is more of an adventure for young adults than a book about the Nephilim. The writing style is different from what I’m used to, but this could be because the author is from the United Kingdom. Once I got used to that, the book flowed smoothly.

Since we really know very little about angels, mostly from the bible, it’s important to keep an open mind. However, fiction has to be built on perceived truth to be believable. I don’t know why the author chose to skew the angel hierarchy, and change the names and spelling. Maybe he knows something I don’t.

If I had been a young adult, I might have given this book a four, but for me, it only works with a three.
