REWIRE FOR WEALTH will now be on my short list of book recommendations for women who want to improve their money mindset and be wealthy. At first, I wasn't sure if I would like this book (not sure why), but I was hooked from page 1. The author's money story sucks you right in.

Barbara Huson teaches her readers a three-part process for rewiring your brain for wealth, based on the idea that we can change the pathways in our brain. Many of us have deeply rutted pathways, thanks to childhood experiences and trauma, which do not allow us to be wealthy.

The 3 Steps To Rewiring Your Brain:

1) Recognize
2) Reframe
3) Respond differently

Change the pathways, have more wealth.

In addition to teaching us to rewire our brain, Barbara teaches us how to HARDWIRE our brains, so that we fortify these new pathways that we just rewired.

The 3 Power Tools for Hardwiring Your Brain:

1) Resistance work
2) Reparenting
3) Repetition

I love how this book had questions and journal prompts (with space provided to write our answers), and my highlighter and pencil were busily notating all the yummy ideas from this book. I have already begun implementing the three rewiring steps, and they ARE making a difference! 😀

This is my first book by Barbara Huson, but it won't be my last!
