The story is okay, though it gets lost in places. This book actually feels like three short stories, combined without any continuity other than the character names. Missing words, spelling errors, mixed up tenses and punctuation ... left me frequently trying to decipher the content. I do like reading new authors and hope that in future books in this series, more care is given to the editing.
