Howard Mumford JonesBesprekingen

The author won the Pulitzer Prize for general nonfiction in 1964 and wrote America and French Culture, 1759-1848 (1927), The Theory of American Literature (1948), American Humanism: Its Meaning for the World (1957), Reflections on Learning (1958), and O Strange New World (1964). After teaching at various universities, he taught at Harvard beginning in 1936.
