Fascinating history of the women's suffrage movement in England, specifically from the point of view of the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU). These women were some of the first to embrace "reform terrorism" and violence to reach their goals. The book is more the study of how they framed their actions rhetorically, but does give great insight into the history of the group and various individuals.
