I've done yoga off and on (mostly off!) over the years but always struggle with it. This book has helped immensely! The author provides clear direction and encouragments!
This book does exactly what it promises-it teaches you how to do a variety of poses so that you can do them anywhere for a short period of time and get the benefits of feeling stronger and accomplished. I easily learned all the poses and I love it! Great for improving balance too. I thank Librarything and Steve Kelley for the opportunity to read and review this book.
This is a good book for starters. It explains each pose - the who's, why's and how's- and has some very nice illustrations. Now I need to get into a routine.
