I liked it. It was cute, simple, early 2010s sci-fi story. I watched the first few episodes of Steins;Gate and thought it was talently-crafted r/Atheist prose, but this isn't remotely as cringe. Dr. Rat having schizophrenia was an interesting choice, and the love cube talking was hilarious. His mental illness was (tastefully) joked on quite often; it wasn't discriminatory, just teasing. The story was short, but sweet. Not too much to say.

This book is written for someone who knows nothing about traditional skills and provides a brief introduction to a variety of skills such as baking, gardening, and beekeeping.

But not enough information to actually start a serious interest.
