I boutght this book on sight in a store, thinking it a biography of a great hnter. But early into the book I discovered the author had already written a biography on Fred Bear. This book was just some addendum not put into the earlier book, so doesn't have the impact a bigraphy would normally have, nor the organization in the contents.

However, many quotes directly from Fred Bear are included and they are great to read, striking a common cod to my past when hunting with my dad.

Although there was a lot of coverage by the author of events he participated in, some not with Fred Bear, i did not fing those portions as interesting, more related to corporate and Washingtom politics.

The reader will still get some good Fred Bear knowledge and opinions from information in this book.

This book is chock-full of information on each of the Apollo flights, including photos and flight patches.
