I suffer from stage IV endometriosis, and I have used this book for several years in order to control my symptoms. The recipes are delicious! I make the meals ahead of time and freeze them. All of the ingredients can be found in the grocery store, and the directions were simple and easy to follow. I liked her alternative milk recipes (almond, rice, and oat).

The book is written with european spelling, but there's no slang used, so I can understand it easily. And the ingredients aren't measured in metric (no need for a kitchen scale!). Dishes in the book are mostly Thai and Indian related, so if you don't like spicy dishes you probably wouldn't like this book.
