I love this book. It is a simple guide on the ins and outs of starting a garden . you learn about starting plants, feeding them, maintenance, potting, light. air. and everything else that goes into gardening. Definitely a book to keep on the shelf for reference.
This is yet another book that educates the reader on how to maintain a garden and how different factors are key in growing a beautiful and successful garden. I like the fact that this book teaches the reader what to do with your garden in the winter, because you don't want your garden to die during the cold time of the year. I also liked the fact that the book talked about the fact that it is possible for some types of plants to get too much sunlight. I learned some good tips and the illustrations were very clear and informational.… (meer)
This book tells you anything and just about everything you need to know about taking care of your plants even how to choose the right one for you. It also challenges you with experiments like how to make a new plant from clippings of an old one. This would be a great resource for young gardeners.
I think this is a very useful book. It tells the reader almost everything there is to know about gardening. From what plants like sun and which ones don't, the best color pot to plant in, how much to water and how often, how to care for your plant, and so much more. There are tons of helpful hints, that even I found to be useful for my plants. I will be reading this one again and taking notes.
