2023 movie #206. 2008 30 yrs after the UK sealed off Scotland to contain a deadly virus, it appears in London and an elite team is sent into Scotland to find a doctor who may have a cure. Total nonsense but some good action. Totally copied from every other post-apocalyptic film.

If this film does not make you feel claustrophobic and/or agoraphobic (too far away from safety) in your own, safe chair, I can't explain that at all.

April 4, 2023:

Watched the unrated version this time. It was even more claustrophobic and…more gooey. (The unrated version has the UK ending.)

I love Sarah’s Apocalypse Now moment.

Spelunkers get lost and aren't alone.

2.5/4 (Okay).

This style of horror movie - jump scares and such - is not my kind of thing, but this one is pretty good for what it is. The editing is terrible (it's really hard to tell what's happening a lot of the time), but it has good arcs and leaves you with some stuff to think about.
