I very much enjoyed this one - 3 1/2 stars, rounded up to 4. I've realized that I have a thing for time travel books, so I was thrilled to get a Giveaway copy! Using Maggie's seizures as the mechanism for time travel was an interesting one, that I think worked well. Some of the details of the travel and its workings were a bit murky, but I suppose they would be to Maggie, anyway. I thought the choice to make her relationship with her son strong was a good one - if they had been estranged, or she felt as though he didn't need her, the choice Maggie has to make would have had a different dynamic. I truly wasn't sure which way she would choose for a while, and it helps the reader understand the difficulty of her decision.
From the author interview at the end, it looks as though there will be a sequel, if not a trilogy, and I'll be looking forward to book 2! Highly recommended for fans of [a:Diana Gabaldon|3617|Diana Gabaldon|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1213918339p2/3617.jpg] and [a:Susanna Kearsley|486812|Susanna Kearsley|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/authors/1245008341p2/486812.jpg].
