This is indeed the ultimate bathroom reader, with strange and interesting facts gathered from all over the internet and various journals and other writings. It is extremely easy to read whether that be for a few mins in the bathroom at a time or a couple of solid hours for front to back. Sometimes quirky, funny or gross.

It includes things you may never have even thought of before, for instance, I did not know that ox blood and products from sturgeon bladders were used to remove the impurities in wine. Now I do and will take great pleasure in telling every vegetarian I meet in the future who happens to be drinking a glass of wine.

I did find some of the author's comments after each fact generally humourous, but sometimes I was shaking my head. That however is probably my sense of humour rather than anything else.

This is a good bit of fluff for some interesting, weird info. I enjoyed it.… (meer)
