Most of the advice is probably common sense. I didn't do the "workbook" or "homework" segments while reading the book. Will I ever do them? Maybe.
I found the information kind of dry and as a result, it took me a long time to read through the entire work. Near the end, the author starts plugging other books he's written, which was a bit of a turn off for me.
