A beautiful ending to this heartbreaking and uplifting series. All three sisters have grown so much from the moment they found each other. Each going through personal struggles and growth from each of their trials. Family is at the heart of this book, and takes place around the wedding of Teagan and her beloved. Each woman has truly grown into the person they were meant to be, and it's a beautiful thing to witness. Please read the others in this series first, or you'll be confused at all the relationships. This wasn't really a standalone, so I was lost about a couple of things, but there was enough of a back story and explanations that I was able to follow along for 98% of the time. I'm going to have to go back and read the other two books so that I can fill in the gaps and get the full flavor of the whole story.

When Elisa was 8, 11 year old Paul moved in down the street. From that very second, she had a crush on him. At 9, she led all her friends on a daring raid on his birthday party, shooting all the boys with water guns filled with water dyed pink.

Paul knew for most of his life that Elisa was his and he was going to marry her. He also knew that he was stern and that he liked spanking women. That wasn't going to change with Elisa.

Paul and Elisa are considered the perfect couple. They sure seem to be. But we always need to remember that what looks like perfection from the outside doesn't mean that it's perfect on the inside.

I did enjoy the book. I would've probably enjoyed it more if I had already read the other two books, but I still really did enjoy it, so it's all good, in the long run. I liked the thought that Paul put into his and Elisa's interactions. I didn't like the timeline on his actions on that particular point. Changing an established dynamic unilaterally can leave one person floundering.… (meer)

Stella Moore has given us a great story that includes kinkery, magic, romance, and ancient curses. It's a great mix and one that I enjoyed reading.

Cassandra is a powerful magic user who got cursed into an amulet hundreds of years ago. Part of her curse is that she will have to spend the rest of eternity serving whatever man happens to hold the amulet, until or unless she finds someone who can break the curse for her.

When Wyatt walks into an antique store to buy a present for his mother for her birthday, he didn't expect to find the beautiful necklace that he did. When he got it home and looked at it again, there was a parchment inside that he read, and out appeared Cassandra.

I like how Cassandra has to work on figuring out the present and how Wyatt is patient with her and helps her. I also like the way that Wyatt gives her boundaries and consequences, something that she needed. All in all, a good story and I would love to read more about Cassandra and Wyatt.… (meer)
