The Complete Book of Ford Mustang by Mike Mueller is everything I hope for in a book like this: great pictures, enough technical info to understand the differences between models, and plenty of history to better understand the longevity of the model.

I have become hooked on these types of books. Large format, just enough information for someone like me, who only ever owned two Mustangs in my life (one of which I try not to hold against them), to appreciate the entire history. I think there is enough technical information for those more mechanically inclined.

I don't write book reports like some people, I gave that up in elementary school, I'm more interested in giving you some idea whether you might like the book. Because of the wonderful photographs and history of each model, I think even the casual Mustang admirer or car lover will find a lot to enjoy. Those more mechanically inclined won't mistake this for a Chilton's but will, I think, find enough technical info to keep them happy as well.

The Complete Book of Corvette: Every Model Since 1953 by Mike Mueller exceeded my expectations in both appearance and information given.

I was expecting a book with wonderful photographs and a little bit of information about each model. I would have been perfectly happy with such a book. While the pictures were as expected, plentiful and well-chosen for both appearance and historical importance, it was the accompanying text that I really came to enjoy as much as the images.

While not a detailed history of the Corvette, that would take a large volume since it would involve everything from design and engineering, financing, company politics, and who knows what else, this does a very good job of offering some narrative to the story rather than simply information about each model. From what the competition was doing (think the first Thunderbirds) to what features were tested but didn't make it into the production models (though they often did for later models, witness the last entry in the book, the mid-engine model).

Highly recommend this to everyone with an interest in the Corvette, from the diehard fan to the casual fan. I only owned one in my lifetime ('63 split window) so fall some place between the extremes on the spectrum, but always appreciate learning about the evolution of a product.

Very interesting detail about one of the best cars every built! This book is a joy to read, with many great photos and lots of stats.

1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a well written book. A quick read filled with photos. It is a short book yet filled with relevant and interesting information. A good addition to any automobile enthusiast library.½

Great edition to my collection of books on the fabulous car, "Mustang". Lot's of great info for the collector and enthusiast !

Another fantastic book for my husband! He was absolutely thrilled to flip through this book, and can't wait for the day he can get a chance to get his hands on one of these cars to fix up. Very well put together. We both enjoyed it.

Nice book about one of the Ford Mustangs. Good writing and great pictures. Useful information. My boyfriend will love this addition to his collection. Muscle car lovers will enjoy this one.

Another fine entry in the Muscle Cars series. Good writiing, great pictures and useful details. Quite possibly the best year ever for Mustang styling with the most powerful engines offered. The very useful appendix explains specs and options. Mustang and general muscle car lovers will enjoy this one.

If you love the Ford mustang then you will enjoy this well published book. This small book focuses on the 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1. A muscle car that is a Mustang fan favorite. This volume is well written and choke full of photos. A quick but enjoyable read½

Despite the busy appearance of the cover, this is a concise and informative book with clear color photos throughout. Everything you need to know about the Mach 1 is here - exteriors, interiors, beneath the hood and more. Appendices in back of book contain stats. Great book for a car guy (or gal!)

It was an ok book if your into cars it Breaks down into detail on how the cars are built. Not really a very interesting read for me but I'm pretty sure it would interest lots of others.

The Complete Book of Mustang: Every Model Since 1964-1/2 written by Mike Mueller is a book that I recommend to car lovers or, more specifically, anybody looking to find out more about the Ford Mustang. I myself fall under both of these categories and I enjoyed, and still enjoy, this book Immensely. This book was well written with many historic and modern black and white photos of Mustangs past and present. It is very thorough starting with the first Mustang prototype and covering all variations of the car that have been made up to the 2011 V6 and V8 models. Along the way Mike Mueller covers Mustang sales, design, and performance in easy to understand and quick to read writing. This book supplied me with a wealth of information on my favorite car, the Ford Mustang, and I hope to recommend this book to people in the future.
