Stefania Negri, Ph.D., Associate Professor of International Law and of International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Salerno, is the founder and director of the "Observatory on Human Rights: Bioethics, Health, Environment", a network of academic experts promoting toon meer international cooperation in teaching and research.
