This book starts out with table of contents and theres a lot of introductory material to go through, recipes are broken up into meals and food categories.
Each recipe, that does NOT start at the top of a new page has a title, prep and cook time, servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar, fresh vs. canned item.
Directions are given. and there is some nutritonal values: calories, fat, proteins, carbs, sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
There are so many recipes in this book, enough for years. Found a few new ones I can't wait to try.
