Lumberjanes: Farewell to Summer (FCB2020) door Various Various

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Lumberjanes but never purchased the first volume (I have a lot of comics and graphic novels to read) so when the cashier at the comic book shop showed me the free section, I had to buy this comic.

This is a bunch of stories compiled into one comic. Most are 2-3 pages long. Very intriguing, I eventually do plan on reading the actual Lumberjanes series. Not sure if this comic intersects with any of the main stories or if this is just a mini snippet. Either way I was intrigued.… (meer)

Lumberjanes: The Shape of Friendship door Lilah Sturges

As usual, I enjoyed this book. This time the girls run into pookas, aka shapeshifters, and are trapped in a cave as the pookas turn into the girls to try out the camp. Not too much with Ripley this time but still a good story and lots of action.
