Easy to follow directions with clear line drawings for (very) basic bedroom related projects from a quilt and pillow to pajama pants and a laundry bag.
Each project has a great feature called "Change Your Style" which shows the current project recreated in different fabrics. They only focused on two fabric collections, however, so we just switch between two styles rather than seeing a broad range of contemporary fabric options. The 96-page book features 8 projects each of which can be created from numerous free patterns online.
This book is fine for a beginner who doesn't mind spending $15 for step-by-step instructions for simple projects with a high likelihood of success. Otherwise, you may want to spend a few minutes searching for free patterns and videos online--which is where this fabric company, Westminster Fibers, should have published these.… (meer)
