If you have trouble being kind to yourself, this book is for you. If you are always rushing through life and ignoring the little signals your body is sending, this book is for you. If you would like to improve your health and emotional state, this book is for you. In the beginning of this book, the author discusses how being disconnected from your body can be detrimental to your health. The rest of the book is a series of 128 exercises which will help you be more 'in tune' with your body, physically and emotionally. Each exercise comes with some great black and white photos. There is also a website where you can find and download more information. Of course my favorite part is the comments from people who did all these exercises and benefited in a variety of ways.
