A very dry read, mostly naming names from the ever shifting extreme right wing of American politics. Interestingly the author was an old school liberal Republican from the Northeast who was the founder and first chairman of the Ripon Society - an Eisenhower kinda guy bemoaning the loss of his political home.
Accurate but not a very successful prediction, rather a very detailed history of the early organizers and organizations of the "New Right". Read in that context it's very informative.½
